- Cornbread Panzanella with braised red cabbage, roasted brussels sprouts, cornbread croutons, golden raisins, gala apples, sunflower seeds, feta and honey shallot vinaigrette
- Batey Farms Center Cut Pork Chop with Peach Jalapeño Whiskey Glaze, Rosemary Herb Mashed Potatoes, and Garlic and Thyme Green Beans
- Raspberry Bread Pudding with buttermilk biscuits bread pudding, raspberries, pecan praline caramel, and bourbon crème anglaise
You may also choose a vegetarian variation of this menu, which includes Cornbread Panzanella, Spring Street Pasta (linguini with fresh sautéed tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and spinach, topped with goat cheese) and Raspberry Bread Pudding.
