Holiday Food Drive Roundup

Do you want to give back this holiday season, but you’re overwhelmed by the seemingly endless ways to help? Don’t sweat! We’ve taken the stress out of giving and rounded up the ongoing food drives benefiting Banque alimentaire Second Harvest du Middle Tennessee and our national partner Feeding America.

Let’s get to giving!

Holiday Food Drive Round Up

1. Food Lion Feeds Holidays Without Hunger: November 15 – December 19
Purchase and donate a specially marked “Holidays Without Hunger” food box for $5, while supplies last, or make a cash donation at checkout benefitting Feeding America.

2. Save-A-Lot’s Bag for a Brighter Holiday Food Drive: November 1 – December 24
Shoppers can purchase a pre-packaged bag of food for $5.99 that will be donated to a local food bank in Feeding America’s network. Give back even more by going to the “You Share. We Give.” post on their Facebook page. For every like, comment, or share the post gets, they’ll donate $1 to a Feeding America affiliate.

3. Sprouts Grab ‘N Give: November 1 – December 31
Purchase a Grab ‘N Give bag pre-filled with Sprouts brand non-perishable food items, and they’ll donate the bag to a food bank in Feeding America’s network.

4. Ms. Cheap’s Penny Drive: November 1 – January 31
Collect pennies, dollars, or checks in a Ms. Cheap penny can to support feeding programs at Second Harvest.

5. Whole Foods Market’s Feed 4 More: December 4 – December 11
Make a donation of your choice when you check out at the McEwin ou Green Hills Whole Foods location. All donations will go directly to Second Harvest.

**This list will be continually updated throughout the holiday season.**

Chaque dollar que vous donnez aide à fournir au moins 4 repas à des familles dans le besoin grâce à Second Harvest.
