Aliments CSFP pour aînés
Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee gère le Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) in Davidson County. This program works to improve the health of low-income seniors by supplementing their diets with nutritious food from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
To receive a monthly food box, seniors must be age 60 or older, reside in Davidson County, and prove their income is at or below 130% of the federal poverty level. Second Harvest is managing this USDA-funded program for the Tennessee Department of Health.
The following sites require enrollment in the CSFP program to participate. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, and there will be no discrimination during food box distribution. CSFP boxes will be provided to enrolled seniors at the sites and times below.
