At Risk Afterschool Meals

Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee is participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program. At-Risk Afterschool Meals will be provided at no separate charge to eligible children served at the following sites:

You may also write a letter containing all of the information requested in the form.
