Commodity Supplemental Food Program

CSFP works to improve the health of low-income senior adults by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA Foods. Managed by Second Harvest in Davidson County, CSFP is a USDA-funded program that provides a monthly food box to more than 1,900 participating low-income seniors.

To receive a monthly food box, seniors must be age 60 or older, reside in Davidson County, and prove their income is at or below 130% of the federal poverty level. Second Harvest is managing this USDA-funded program for the Tennessee Department of Health.
