Commodity Supplemental Food Program

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income seniors by supplementing their diets with nutritious food from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

To receive a monthly food box, seniors must be age 60 or older, reside in Davidson County, and prove their income is at or below 130% of the federal poverty level. Second Harvest is managing this USDA-funded program for the Tennessee Department of Health.
