Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee and News 2 WKRN-TV are teaming up once again for the News 2 Food 2 Families School Food Drive! Download the 2025 toolkit and learn more here!

On the first day of school, children facing hunger have already fallen behind their classmates. They will have more difficulty concentrating in class, be sick more often, and be less likely to excel academically.

Last year, 24 local schools participated and students donated more than 185,000 pounds. We hope to have an even bigger impact this year!

Thank you to News 2 WKRN-TV for its support of food drives that have benefited Second Harvest for over 40 years and its continued dedication through News 2 Food 2 Families!
