The Emergency Food Box (EFB) feeds individuals and families in Davidson County on an urgent-need basis. An EFB provides two to three days of staple food items based on the number of members in each household.
During FY22, Second Harvest distributed 1 million meals through emergency food boxes, feeding 16,626 individuals. Emergency food assistance is provided through 11 Emergency Food Box (EFB) locations.
