Agency & Program Services Office Support

You can set your office hours anytime between 8:30 am-4 pm Monday-Friday
A volunteer is needed to help our Agency and Program Services department track food donations that Partner Agencies receive through our Grocery Rescue program. This is an important behind-the-scenes role that allows the food bank to provide a timely donation report to our retail grocery store partners.
• Accessing our online tracking system (MealConnect) to see which Partner Agencies are behind in entering pounds they picked up through Grocery Rescue.
• Contact and remind Partner Agencies to enter pounds in MealConnect.
• Download monthly report from MealConnect and submit to Second Harvest Inventory Control office.
• Enter monthly report into internal inventory system (Macola).
The ideal volunteer for this position will be comfortable navigating a database, thrive in independent work, must be organized, possess an upbeat attitude, and have great communication skills. Training on MealConnect and Macola will be provided.
This project is not eligible for Court Appointed or Tennessee Promise community service hours.
