Three Bean Salad

Makes 10-12 servings


  • 2 cups cut green beans, cooked or canned
  • 15 oz can kidney beans
  • 15 oz can garbanzo beans
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Drain and rinse canned beans.
  2. Toss beans with onion and bell pepper.
  3. Combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, and pepper. Pour over the beans.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
