Makes 10-12 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cut green beans, cooked or canned
- 15 oz can kidney beans
- 15 oz can garbanzo beans
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Drain and rinse canned beans.
- Toss beans with onion and bell pepper.
- Combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, and pepper. Pour over the beans.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
