Breakfast Potatoes

Makes 4 servings. Adapted from ambitiouskitchen.com

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Place potatoes on lined baking sheet and bake for a 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
