Healthy Recipes: Pasta Salad

In honor of Nutrition Month, our in-house dietitian is sharing another one of her favorite healthy recipes.

This Pasta Salad recipe is a perfect make ahead meal to keep you full and energized throughout the week!



1 box (16 oz) whole-grain pasta
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped zucchini
1/2 cup balsamic dressing
2 cup chopped fresh spinach
8 oz cubed fresh mozzarella


1. Cook pasta according to package directions. In a colander, rinse with cold water, drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
2. Add tomatoes, zucchinis, spinach, mozzarella, and balsamic dressing. Mix to combine.
3. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
