Chances are, someone your child goes to school with may not have enough to eat. The problem is vast but often hidden. Children can make a positive difference in the lives of other kids in need. It’s important to talk to children about hunger, and inspire them to take action. We’ve collected some resources designed to help you talk to the kids in your life about hunger and encourage them to help.
Eight-year-old Zoey is like most kids her age. She likes to play outside and hang out with her siblings. But her family struggles with hunger. “We eat rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner sometimes because there isn’t much food in our house,” she said.
