Delta Dental has contributed more than $215,900 in lifetime giving to Second Harvest. Their generosity continues to ensure children and families across Middle and West Tennessee have access to nutritious food and essential resources.
Power of ONE: Hunger Action Month Sponsor
Since 2018, Delta Dental has proudly sponsored our Power of ONE campaign during Hunger Action Month, inspiring the community to come together and make an impact. By raising awareness and mobilizing support, Delta Dental helps amplify the importance of fighting hunger in September — and beyond.
Championing Children’s Health
Delta Dental has been a Children’s Feeding Program funder since 2014, providing vital support for programs like the BackPack Program and School Food Pantries. Beyond food, they’ve donated more than 2.1 million toothbrushes, which are distributed to children twice a year through the BackPack Program, School Pantries, and now through Mobile Market stops. These toothbrushes help ensure that kids not only get the nutrition they need but also the tools to maintain healthy smiles.
Volunteers Who Give Back
Delta Dental team members regularly give their time to Second Harvest. Most recently, employees came together to celebrate the company’s 60th anniversary by volunteering in our warehouse. Their dedication shows that generosity isn’t just a corporate value — it’s part of their culture.
